This Doom Eternal Runes Locations Guide will show you where you can find all the Runes in the game. There are many types of collectibles that you can locate and collect. Some collectibles are found in plain sight as you progress with the main story, while others can be a little harder to find in tricky to reach places or simple well hidden behind objects.
Our guide will show you all the missions that contain the Runes. In addition to their location, we will also show you how exactly you can get them.
Doom Eternal Runes Locations Guide
Below we have detailed all the Runes location in each of the missions they can be found in.
Rune #1 – Exultia
The first Rune you get is by completing the story mission. It is impossible to miss as it is story related.
Rune #2 – Cultist Base
This Rune will be on top of a wall that will be on the main story path. However, it is way up high and will require you to jump on the wall to reach the top. When you climb up, look to the opposite side where the Rune is. Jump and dash towards the Rune to reach it and grab it.
Rune #3 – Doom Hunter
This Rune will be after the area with the lava pool and the moving platforms. From here you need to go to the next room on the right which will contain this item.
Rune #4 – Super Gore Nest
There are two Runes you can get this in mission. To get the first Rune, you first need to get the yellow access key. This is part of the main story mission, which will later open up a corridor containing the Rune. This corridor will have lots of bones and decomposing flesh nearby.
Rune #5 – Super Gore Nest
The second Rune will come later in the mission when you are in the main story path of the game. It will be to the left and hard to miss.
Rune #6 – Arc Complex
The first Rune in this area will be in the burning area of the building, Here you will find a hole on the ground that will take you straight to the Rune.
Rune #7 – Arc Complex
The second Rune in the Arc Complex will be after you fall down to a floor in the story. As you drop down, turn around and it will be to the left.
Rune #8 – Mars Core
The first Rune in this mission can be found right at the beginning. As you enter the new path, it will be on the main mission path.
Rune #9 – Mars Core
This Rune will be after you jump down the hole and fight enemies. Just follow the mission point and it will be in the main corridor.
