Exultia
There are two secret encounters in this mission.
Secret Encounter #1
There are three large statues in Exultia which have yellow poles and can only be accessed with the Dash ability. After acquiring Dash, head to these yellow poles and use dash to get to the middle of the Tower where Gore Nest is sitting. Kill it to begin the Secret Encounter.
Secret Encounter #2
The next Secret Encounter is in the section where you are moving around on the giant robot stabbing the giant demon with a spear. Here, make your way on to the Spear and look to the right side where you will see a ledge. Drop down to it and make your way around to the Gore Nest. Killing it will trigger the Secret Encounter.
Cultist Base
There are two secret encounters in this mission.
Secret Encounter #1
The first one is related to the story and you will not miss it. Keep playing the story and you will unlock it automatically.
Secret Encounter #2
When you reach the area where you have to climb the towers, complete it and when you reach the spiked trap ahead which can crush you, don’t cross it yet. Instead, turn right and you will come to a room which has two red mines and a shield in the middle. Turn left and you will find the Gore Nest. Kill it and you will start the encounter.
Super Gore Nest
There are two secret encounters in this mission as well.
Secret Encounter #1
The first Secret Encounter is found in the room where you come across the Buff Totem. Destroy the Totem and you will be able to begin this Secret Encounter.
Secret Encounter #2
This is related to the story as well and you will come across this one while you are in the sewers.
Arc Complex
You will find two secret encounters in this mission.
Secret Encounter #1
The first one is story-related and is really hard to miss.
Secret Encounter #2
For the second one, when you reach the electricity filled corridors, you will find a closed door. The secret encounter is inside this door however to open it, make your way to the end of the corridor and head inside the control room. There is a switch inside which opens the locked door. Flip it, go back and complete the secret encounter.
Mars Core
Mars Core also has two secret encounters for you to find and complete.
Secret Encounter #1
When you reach the fight with the Buff Totem, kill all demons as well as the Buff Totem. Once you are done with them, simply enter the main structure and look to your left side. You will see a cracked wall here. Destroy this wall and you will find the Secret Encounter here. Kill the Gore Nest to initiate it.
Secret Encounter #2
When you platform your way out of the facility and on to the platforms floating around, you will need to turn around from the main path and look for a door that goes back into the facility. Inside here, you will find a cracked vent which gives you access to a teleporter and the teleporter will lead you right to the secret encounter.
Taras Nabad
You will find two secret encounters in Taras Nabad.
Secret Encounter #1
When you reach the first large area where you encounter a lot of demons, there is a cracked wall that is hiding the Secret Encounter. Punch through the wall, kill the Gore Nest and unleash even more demons to kill.
Secret Encounter #2
After you kill all the demons under the huge demon, take the stairs and go up. Above, you will notice a cracked wall on your left side. Punch through it and enter the cave to find the secret encounter.
Nekravol
The first part of this mission has two secret encounters.
Secret Encounter #1
Kill Kalibas and progress further in the mission. When you reach the first battle area after this, jump down the ledge and kill all enemies. Now turn back around and look at the ledge where you came from. You will see that there is a passage right under it. Jump and dash to get to it and you will find a secret encounter here.
Secret Encounter #2
This one is actually sitting in the open but the path it locked so you need to open the path first. You find this one right before the large spike traps falling from the roof and into the ground. To get access to this room, you need to head to the area where you fought some demons and there is a glowing green skull switch above some moving cages. Use them to reach the top of the skull and flip it to open the locked door and get access to the secret encounter.
Nekravol Part II
The second part of this mission also has two secret encounters.
Secret Encounter #1
At the starting area of the mission, there is a blue jump pad on the left side of the bridge. Use it to get across to the left side of the bridge and then climb the wall on the second pillar to reach this secret encounter.
Secret Encounter #2
Complete your first battle encounter of this mission with the demons and then move ahead to find a cracked wall. Punch through it and you will find the secret encounter behind it.
Urdak
This mission has the final two secret encounters of Doom Eternal.
Secret Encounter #1
This can be found in the area where you punch the large statue to progress in the mission. Check for a locked door that has a large block sitting in front of it across the corridor. This is a very big block so it is really hard to miss. Punch the block and it will move to the wall allowing you to climb to the ledge from where you can enter the room with the Secret Encounter inside it.
Secret Encounter #2
This is located on the far side of the large area where the portal is located. You will need to jump down on the wall and then use some yellow poles to swing across to its entrance. Look for a broken window that lets you enter the corridor where this secret encounter is located. Instead of entering the main structure, turn left at the last moment to enter this area via the broken window.
