What Are Sentinel Crystals in Doom Eternal
Sentinel Crystals are a type of collectible that you find as you plow through demons through hell and earth in Doom Eternal. These large crystals allow you to increase your stats such as health, armor and ammo capacity. Apart from boosting your vital stats, these Sentinel Crystals will also allow you to unlock and equip some passive upgrades which give you a massive edge in the battle.
How to Find Sentinel Crystals in Doom Eternal
Just like any other collectible in the game, Sentinel Crystals are found in the different levels hidden in side locations and hard-to-reach spots. You can explore the map and flush through it thoroughly to find them all. We will add the locations of all Sentinel Crystals to this guide soon.
Sentinel Crystal Upgrades
You can find and equip the following upgrades by collecting Sentinel Crystals in Doom Eternal.

Where to Find Sentinel Crystals in Doom Eternal
There are 12 Sentinel Crystals for you to find in Doom Eternal. We have detailed their locations below.
Sentinel Crystals #1, #2 and #3
You can easily find three Sentinel Crystals in Fortress of Doom alone. The first one is given to you automatically while playing the main story of Doom Eternal so keep playing to unlock it. For the remaining two Sentinel Crystals, you have to find four Sentinel Batteries. These are located in different missions. Once you have acquired four Sentinel Crystals, return to Fortress of Doom to open the doors and get the Sentinel Crystals in them.
Sentinel Crystal #4
While you are reaching the end of Exultia, you will arrive in the area with some purple goo on the ground. This is the same area where you use the robot to open up the path through the dead demon’s chest. The crystal is waiting for you inside a small cave in this purple goo location.
Sentinel Crystal #5
While playing the Cultist Base mission, you will eventually reach the room where this Sentinel Crystal is located. In the same room, you will also find some ammo.
Sentinel Crystal #6
While playing the Doom Hunter Base mission, you will come to a strcutre which is supported by a giant claw. Climb over it and in the next area, head right where you will find another location where you can climb and reach a swing bar. Now before you go inside the building, turn around and head to the back a little where you will find the Sentinel Crystal.
Sentinel Crystal #7
In Super Gore Nest, you will come to an area where you have to use the different keys in the pedestals. After using the yellow key, go down the elevator and then turn left to find the crystal sitting ahead of you.
Sentinel Crystal #8
In Arc Complex, when you reach the large area where you have to jump between two buildings with a Dash pick-up, after reaching the second building, turn left and go over the small table. Ahead, you will find a cracked wall. Break it and use the stairs inside it to reach the Sentinel Crystal.
Sentinel Crystal #9
You will find another Sentinel Crystal in the Mars Core level. Continue playing the story and you will find pretty easily. This one is sitting next to a console in the main compound which is accessed via the lift.
Sentinel Crystal #10
Another Sentinel Crystal can be found in Taras Nabad. To find this one, use the elevator and then fight with the Cacodemons. Defeat them along with any other demons that spawn here and then move forward to cross the bridge. Drop down after it and turn around immediately to find a room. Enter this room and you will find the Sentinel Crystal sitting on the left side.
Sentinel Crystal #11 and #12
The chapter Nekravol and its Part II has two Sentinel Crystals in it. When you start Nekravol, continue playing the chapter and near the start, make your way to the left after going up the path. Reach the end of this area to find a Sentinel Crystal. Now continue playing the chapter and story until you are in Nekravol Part II. After the large area which has the red light on the map, enter the corridor but don’t turn right. Go straight towards the end and you will easily spot it.
