How to Get the Keycard
The quest which you give you this keycard is called “A Momentary Taste of Purpleberry, which is obtained automatically when you complete “The Last role of Halcyon Helen” quest.
Once you get it, head to the RR&DD Labs to talk to Dr. Blossom where you have to help her clear out the infected lab workers, or more specifically, the Frenzied Rizzo’s Employees. Once you kill all the enemies that have occupied the lab, Dr. Blossom will talk to you over the radio and ask you to return back to her.
Make your way towards her office, where you will then find her dead before you could reach her. However, this is the last objective in the quest where can loot her body to pick up the Office Keycard to gain access to Dr. Blossom’s Office. You can also find one of the Spectrum Vodka here which is required for the Spectrum Gatling Science Weapon, so don’t miss out on collecting it.
