Sci-Fi MMO Dual Universe Gets New Trailer as Beta Goes Live

Dual Universe Beta

Novaquark has released a brand new trailer for its upcoming sci-fi MMO Dual Universe along with the game’s highly-anticipated beta. With the release of the beta, the game moves one step closer to bringing its fully realized metaverse to reality. The innovating new IP set in a single-player universe shared by everyone allows you to build almost anything while participating in the player-driven economy, forming organizations, and waging war with one and another.

Jean-Christophe Baillie, the company’s CEO said:

After several years of hard work on both the gaming and technology sides, we are finally able to deliver what we think is a very strong, exciting beta. I’m extremely proud of the work done by the team to bring this crazy idea to life. We’ve met each one of our milestone goals since unveiling the updated roadmap late last year, and we’re now releasing what we think is a fully-playable version of Dual Universe, with many additions scheduled along the way in the coming months, leading to the final release in 2021.

Along with the Beta launch, the developer has also dropped the game’s NDA which means that current players can now discuss and stream the game on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch. The company however has asked the players to release gameplay footage following this date since the earlier footage would be from the earlier version of the game and that still remains under NDA. The game’s official website has also been fully revamped in celebration of the beta release.
