Korean developer Reality MagiQ has announced that its survival shooter Dysterra is getting a free weekend on Steam this week and the game is currently 30% off as well. As Dysterra gears up for an action-packed Season 2, it is giving new players the chance to jump into the game at no cost in order to try out the game before Season 2 arrives. To facilitate new players jumping into the game, Dysterra will also be 30% off during its free weekend. The free weekend for Dysterra begins today and it will last until February 6, 2023.
During the free Steam weekend, players will be able to try out the full version of Dysterra at no cost and try out its different solo, co-op, and PvP modes. If they like the game during the sale, they will be able to purchase the full game at a discounted price as well. The official times for the Steam free weekend and the sale event are:

Last month, the developer also revealed the 2023 roadmap for Dysterra which will add brand-new content to the game. Each month, fans will be able to experience new content added to the game including weapons, vehicles, and housing features. In Season 2, Dysterra will introduce two new underground areas for survivors to explore which are The Bunker and The Hyena Den.
The Bunker is a free-for-all space where survivors will face off in tense skirmishes to loot new resources while The Hyena Den is a new private instance dungeon where players will not encounter other survivors and will be able to gather resources and improve their gear without the threat of any attacks.
