In this Effie Relic Locations Guide, we will guide you on the locations of all the relics that you can find in Effie. Effie has a total number of 18 relics scattered in different chapters throughout the game. You will need to find them in each area but keep in mind that if you miss a relic, you cannot go back and get it once you complete the playthrough. All relics except the very first one can be missed easily in the game if you do not look for them.
Another major problem here is that since there is no new game plus, your progress will not carry over to the next game. If you miss even a single relic in one playthrough, you will need to start a whole new game and complete it again while collecting all relics again to get the trophy or achievement. Hence it is very important that you find all the relics in the same playthrough.
Relics Locations Guide – Effie
Below you will find all of the relics in Effie and their locations as well in our Effie Relic Locations Guide. We have detailed them according to the chapter in which they are found.
Temple of the Elder Protectors
This section of the guide details all relics found in the Temple of the Elder Protectors.
Relic #1
After you have defeated the enemies in the main area, you will need to make your way to the Plains. This relic is there in front of the large stone door and you have to collect it in order to proceed. Since this is related to the main story, it cannot be missed in the game.
Windmills Town
This section of the guide details all relics found in Windmills Town.
Relic #2
When you reach the second construction area, head to the very end of the area where you will find a white house and a large wooden building. Here, you will find the chest sitting behind a wall.
Relic #3
After activating the mills, you will arrive in a cave. Keep heading the main path until you come to an intersection. At the intersection, you must head left and look for the broken pipe here. Enter the pipe and at the end of the next room, use the stairs on the right side to get to the ledge and get to the next room. Inside that room, use the stairs to go down where you will find the chest next to some boxes.
Woodborn
This section of the guide details all the relics that are found in Woodborn.
Relic #4
Inside the main village, go right when you reach the first intersection and then turn right again ahead. You will find the chest sitting near the pumpkin patch between the buildings.
Relic #5
In the final area of the Cathedral, when you come to the pressing traps, head to the left side of the village where you will find the chest sitting on a wooden carriage.
The Vineyards
This section of the guide details all the relics found in The Vineyards.
Relic #6
Inside the first barrel building, go to the switch which is located behind the barrels and crates. Here you will find yet another hidden lever, which will open a secret room. The chest is located inside this room.
Relic #7
When you come to the device which requires the activation of three switches, line up the barrel accordingly so that it gives you access to a secret room which leads to the room where the chest is located.
Red Plains of Oblena
This section of the guide details all the relics found in the Red Plains of Oblena.
Relic #8
Near the Windmills Town, there is a shrine of the Quiet Rock Graveyard. Use the four levers and open the gate of the shrine. Inside, you will find the chest containing the relic.
Relic #9
There is a Ghoul Encampment right in the middle of the Windmills Town and the three towers of Harmony. A chest is sitting here on a wooden platform.
Relic #10
Head south-west from the Windmills Town and you will find some wooden watchtowers here. The chest is sitting on one of these watchtowers.
Relic #11
Inside the Great Forest, make your way towards the dock where you will find the chest.
Relic #12
Complete the Quick Imp Race and you will win a relic.
Relic #13
Head to the main road between Windmills Town and The Vineyards. Upon reaching the middle mark, you will find a small forest where the chest is sitting on a small rocky elevation.
Relic #14
Head to the area opposite of The Temple of Oblena and you will reach a swamp. Clear the area of all the enemies and collect the relic from the chest.
Relic #15
Complete the challenge of the Harmony Obelisks and collect the relic from the top of the tallest tower.
Relic #16
Head west from The Temple of Oblena and upon reaching the middle mark, you will find a small burned down cabin. The chest is sitting inside the remains of this cabin.
Relic #17
Head to the Fisher Fish area and go to the top of the wooden tower here to find the chest containing the relic.
Relic #18
Complete the Combat Challenge inside the Fire Hammer Coliseum and the relic will be awarded to you.
