Everything Announced at Future Games Show: Summer Showcase 2024 – All Trailers, Reveals and Updates

The Future Games Show: Summer Showcase 2024 was filled with tons of trailers, reveals, and fresh World Premieres. Continuing the fashion of inviting leading icons from the video game universe, the latest Future Games Show was hosted by Roger Clark (Arthur, from Red Dead Redemption 2) and Britt Baron (Tifa, FFVII Rebirth). Bogdan’s Cross

A world premiere trailer revealed Bogdan’s Cross, an action-adventure game starring a shepherd bear who embarks on a perilous journey to become a knight. It’s coming soon to Steam and the Epic Games Store.

First Dwarf

Check out the new gameplay trailer for First Dwarf, an action RPG full of exploration, base building, and mech combat. Play in solo or co op as you defend your village, search the unknown with airships, and battle dragons. First Dwarf is out in early access on PC in June 2024, with a demo available now.

Nobody Wants To Die

Here’s a look at gameplay from Nobody Wants To Die from developer Critical Hit Games. Nobody Wants To Die is a single-player interactive noir story set in dystopian New York City in 2329. Nobody Wants To Die is coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5 (PlayStation 5), and PC via Steam on July 17, 2024.

Detective Dotson

A gameplay trailer for Detective Dotson gave viewers a sneak peek at how the titular sleuth will use parkour and disguise to unravel the mystery of his father’s murder. Detective Dotson is coming to PC in 2024, but there’s a demo available on Steam right now.

Once Human

The official release of Once Human is set for July 9th, 2024 (Pacific Time)! Wishlist now and pre-download our Steam Next Fest demo starting June 7th. Get ready to start playing at 10:00 AM on June 10th PT!

In Sink

Check out In Sink, a co-op puzzle game all about synchronizing your movements with a friend. In Sink is coming to PC in 2024.

Dredge: The Lion Rig

Watch the Dredge: The Iron Rig trailer for the upcoming Dredge DLC for the single-player fishing adventure game. Fish for what lies below in the depths and navigate your way across the high seas. Dredge: The Iron Rig will be released on August 15, 2024 on PS5 (PlayStation 5), PS4 (PlayStation 4), Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam and GOG).

Parcel Corps

In Parcel Corps you play as a bicycle messenger whose only mission in life is to deliver packages in as quick a way as possible. Wall ride, grind rails, and get around in the most creative ways you can. Parcel Corps is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on September 23rd 2024. A Steam demo is available now.

Screen Bound

A gameplay trailer for Screenbound provided viewers with a glimpse at how the inter-dimensional platforming works in this spellbinding indie game. It’s coming soon to PC, but you can wishlist it now on Steam.

Hell of An Office

Explore the office and uncover its demonic secrets in Hell of an Office, a first-person precision 3D platform game that mixes parkour and speedrun to escape from HellO, the most hellish offices in the (under)world! Hell of an Office is coming to PC on October 3rd, 2024.

The Operator

A new trailer for The Operator gave viewers a glimpse at how they will connect clues and unravel mysteries in this ‘FDI’ detective simulator. It’s coming later this year.

Deliver Us Home

A world premiere teaser trailer revealed Deliver Us Home, the next game in Keoken Interactive’s space-faring adventure series. It’s coming to Kickstarter on the 11th of June, and you can find out more at deliverushome.com.

The Precinct

Check out a new look at The Precinct. Clean up the city, uncover the truth, and embark on thrilling vehicle chases through destructible environments in this neon-noir action sandbox police game. The Precinct is coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC on August 15th, 2024.

Ones To Play Reel

Duck Detective – The Secret Salami

The developers of Duck Detective: The Secret Salami dropped by the Summer Showcase to reveal that the game is coming to mobile platforms later this year. It’s out now on PC and Nintendo Switch.

Sacrifice

A new gameplay trailer for the 90s-inspired pixel RPG Sacrifire aired during the Summer Showcase. The big reveal was a playtest for the game, which is now live on Steam if you want to check it out. Sacrifice is coming soon.

Hermit And Pig

Hermit and Pig is a story-rich RPG adventure developed by Heavy Lunch Studio LLC. Players will embody both an introverted man named Hermit and a mighty pig to explore, fight, and reveal the truth behind a corrupt corporate plot. Deciding what attack works best for the enemy at hand is key to the battle system and promotes a more creative angle to combat as opposed to a traditional way. Hermit and Pig is coming to PC in 2024.

Eriksholm – The Stolen Dreams

Here’s a look at Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream. Join Hanna on an adventure in the bustling city of Eriksholm following the mysterious disappearance of her brother, Herman. Meet the characters and see some Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream gameplay from the isometric, narrative-driven stealth game coming to PS5 (PlayStation 5), Xbox Series X/S, PC in 2025.

Run From Mummies

Check out the gameplay trailer for Run From Mummies, a 4-player co-op action game packed full of combat and secrets to uncover from Ancient Egypt. Run From Mummies is coming to PlayStation and PC in Fall 2024.

Primal Game Studio dropped by the Summer Showcase to provide an in-depth overview of Mandragora, the studio’s 2.5D soulslike sidescroller. It’s coming to PC and consoles later this year.

Red Thread Games shared a brand new gameplay trailer for Dustborn during the Summer Showcase. The feature dug into how players will impact the narrative with their supernatural voice powers. Dustborn is coming to PC and consoles on August 20, 2024.

Sonokuni

Watch the Sonokuni trailer for the top-down, hip hop-infused action game inspired by Hotline Miami. Battle your way through a biopunk and Japanese mythology-inspired world, avoid being hit, and use your time-bending skills to take down your opponents. Sonokuni will be released on PC. Eternal Strands

The Future Games Show Summer Showcase saw the return of the Unreal Showcase, an eye-popping section featuring stunning vistas, game demos, and evolving projects at the cutting edge of fidelity.

Starship Troopers Extermination

Starship Troopers: Extermination is a 16-player co-op first-person shooter set in the universe of the highly popular sci-fi franchise: Starship Troopers. Join the Deep Space Vanguard, an elite Special Forces branch of the Mobile Infantry, and report to your new commander, General Johnny Rico, voiced by Starship Troopers star Casper Van Dien!

The Casting Of Frank Stone

A collaboration between Supermassive Games and Behaviour Interactive, The Casting of Frank Stone is a cinematic horror adventure in the vein of Until Dawn, where players make choices and solve puzzles to survive. The developers dropped by the Summer Showcase to tell us more about this landmark collaboration, revealing more about how the game links to the expanded omniverse of Dead By Daylight.

Nikoderiko

A world premiere trailer revealed Nikoderiko, an all-new mascot platformer with nostalgic side-scrolling sensibilities. It’s coming soon to PC and consoles.

Body Cam

A new trailer for Bodycam showcased the shooter’s hyper-realistic graphics and intense multiplayer action. It’s available on Steam right now.

Woodrunner Games

The Summer Showcase wrapped up with a taste of what’s to come from Woodrunner Games, an indie studio featuring developers who worked on Cuphead and Rick and Morty. The game will be fully revealed later this year, so keep your eye on the studio’s social channels and website for more.
