Everything Announced During the Upload VR Showcase 2022

If you love VR games, the latest Upload VR Showcase 2022 must be a real treat for you. We got to see tons of new amazing VR titles coming to PC VR this summer and later this year. These titles ranged from many indie titles as well as VR versions of some of the coolest games which were previously available only for the flat screens. We have below everything for you that was announced during today’s Upload VR Showcase 2022.

Broken Edge

Broken Edge is a multiplayer first-person sword slashing game by Fast Travel Games and Trebuchet in which you wield swords and different medievil weapons to defeat your enemies and other players. Broken Edge is launching later in 2022 on Meta Quest 2 and Steam VR.

Zenith: The Last City – The Celestial Throne Update

Zenith: The Last City is getting its very first post-launch update called The Celestial Throne Update and it will launch on June 16, 2022, for Meta Quest, PS VR and PC VR. The new update will add six new instanced dungeons, eight new sets of armor along with headgear and over 20 new quests.

Green Hell VR Launch Trailer

Incuvo announced the launch of the VR version of their critically-acclaimed Amazonian survival game Green Hell VR. Previously, it was available in VR on Oculus Rift however the game is now available on Steam VR and Meta Quest 2 and you can grab the game right now at a 10% discount or 20% discount if you buy both the normal Green Hell and Green Hell VR in a bundle.

Final Fury

Final Fury is a VR multiplayer fighting game by Synth Riders developer Kluge. It is coming out in 2023 on all major platforms.

Nerf Ultimate Championship

The cool nerf shooter Nerf Ultimate Championship by developer Secret Location is coming out on August 25, 2022, on Meta Quest 2.

Unplugged Air Guitar New DLC Trailer

Unplugged is getting the new Pantera DLC on all platforms adding one of the best metal bands to the game.

Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate

The upcoming title Dyschronia: Chronos Alternate got its final release trailer during today’s showcase. It is coming out in 2022.

Cosmonious High Accessibility Update

Cute little VR title Cosmonious High is getting its biggest accessibility update to date. The update is now out on Meta Quest 2 and Steam VR.

VR Game Updates

The showcase also featured upcoming updates for some of the previously released titles.

Virtuoso

Really Interactive and Fast Travel Games announced a brand-new environment along with new tools for customization and YouTube integration for easy access to tutorials and other videos. The update is live across all platforms including Meta Quest 2 and PC VR.

Cities VR: Metro & Traffic Routing Update

The new Metro & Traffic Routing Update allows you to connect your cities with each other easily with brand-new tools and metro stations. The update is arriving on Meta Quest 2 later this month.

The Patcher: Free Beta

Developer Pixellity announced that a free beta for its title The Patcher is currently live and players can try out the title before its full launch on PC VR later this year.

Into the Radius: Quest 2 Port

Into the Radius is coming to Quest 2 and developer CM Games showcased a new trailer for the title with footage recorded directly from Meta Quest 2. Into the Radius will launch on Meta Quest 2 in September 2022.

Demeo Curse of the Serpent Lord New Hero Trailer

Demeo Curse of the Serpent Lord is getting a new hero Oana the Warlock. She will be the sixth hero to join the title. Curse of the Serpent Lord will launch as a free update for PC and VR on June 16, 2022.

After the Fall – Frontrunner Season

Vertigo Games showcased the new Frontrunner Season which is currently available for After the Fall on Meta Quest 2, PS VR, Steam VR, and Vive Port.

Stride Multiplayer Update

VR parkour game Stride is getting multiplayer support today for both Meta Quest and Steam VR. Check out the new trailer below:

HeliSquad: Covert Operations

The developer behind Warplanes: WW Fighters and Warplanes: Battles Over Pacific, Home Net Games revealed their brand-new VR flight title HeliSquad: Covert Operations. It will release on Meta, Steam VR, Pico, and VivePort.

The Twilight Zone VR

Pocket Money Games and Fun Train released the trailer for their new mixed reality title The Twilight Zone VR. It is coming out on July 14, 2022, on Meta Quest 2.

PathCraft

Vertigo Games released their new title PathCraft. PathCraft is a Lemmings-like adventure, and it will come to VR soon. Additional details will be released at a later stage.

Hubris Development Update

Developer Cyborn BV showcased a new developer diary of their upcoming VR shooter Hubris during which the developer gave us a development update on Hubris. It is coming out in 2022 on Meta Quest, Vive Port, and Steam VR.

Moss Book II

Moss Book II is launching on July 21, 2022, on Meta Quest 2. The developer also announced that the soundtrack of the game will release soon as well and pre-orders for the soundtrack are now live.

Ragnarock Hellfest Raid

Ragnarock is getting the new Hellfest Raid update today and it brings new bands such as The Offspring, Dragonforce, and more. The Hellfest Raid is now available on Steam VR, Viveport, and Meta Quest.

Propagation: Paradise Hotel

Wanadevstudio shared new updates on their upcoming title Propagation: Paradise Hotel. It will launch on Meta Quest 2 in 2022 and you can add it to your wishlist on Steam for additional details.

Mothergunship Forge

Mothergunship Forge, by Terrible Posture Games, is a first-person shooter launching next week. It will release on June 16 on Meta Quest 2 and Steam VR.

Liminal Phase Reveal

Liminal is a creepy lo-fi horror developed by a three-person team Ananas Studio. It is slated for launch in 2023 on SteamVR.

Hellsweeper VR

Mixed Realms and Vertigo Games showcased their brutal shooter Hellsweeper VR which looks promising. It is launching on Meta Quest 2 soon.

Espire 2 Developer Diary

Digital Lode and Tripwire shared a new developer diary detailing the new Frame featured in their upcoming title Espire 2. Espire 2 is launching on Meta Quest 2 in 2022.

Indie VR Titles

Orbital Strike VR

Orbital Strike is a new space combat simulator by Draconis Interstellar. It is coming in Summer 2022, and PC VR.

Wands Alliances

Wands Alliances is a new title by Cortopia Studios which brings the spellcasting battles back to life. This time around, Wands Allaicnes will allow up to three players to go head-to-head with each other with tons of new content and gameplay modes. It is launching on June 20, 2022, on Meta Quest 2.

Next Player Please

Developed by Archlevel, Next Player Please is a unique pass-and-play party game featuring tons of fun modes and games to play with your friends and family. It is coming soon on Meta Quest.

Tin Hearts

Developed by Rogue Sun, Tin Hearts is an adorable take on the Lemmings formula where you control soldiers around a workshop in a story-driven campaign. It is coming in 2022 on PC VR.

Eolia

Developed by ROTU, Eolia is the next game in the Rhythm of the Universe series. You will get to solve musical puzzles while exploring a dying alien world. It is coming out in the summer of 2022 on Meta Quest 2.

Requisition VR

Developed by Arcadia, Requisition VR is a zombie survival game where you get to create your own weapons using household items. It is coming out in September 2022 on PC VR headsets

We Are One VR

Flat Head Studio and Fast Travel Games announced the release of We Are One on all VR platforms. Additional info about the game will be announced later. It will release on all major VR platforms.

What the Bat?

The developer behind What the Gold announced their brand-new title What the Bat during the showcase. In the game, your hands are bats, and you have to complete various tasks with it. It is coming in 2022 on Meta Quest 2 and Steam VR.

Gambit!

Gambit! is a new co-op VR shooter by XREAL win in which you take on the roles of Frank, Udo, Cody, and Kevin, and complete heist-style missions. Your goal is simple you overcome odds in firefights and steal the loot. Gambit! is coming to Meta Quest 2 and Steam VR in 2022.
