The new trailer showcases a different part of the same level revealed earlier and it showcases how much the team has progressed forward into making the game better since its initial reveal. The game is shown running on an Xbox Series X console as well this time around. Since its previous reveal, gameplay and game systems of the title have been enhanced with new weapons, animations, environments, and creatures.

According to the developers, the entire environment and every encounter within it are designed to tell a specific story and draw you into the world of Scorn. The creatures you meet in the game are initially indifferent to your humanoid presence in the sticky, organic passages of the game however they can turn hostile quickly if you cross their paths which is why you have to very careful while approaching these hostile creatures of the game.

Ebb Software has also revealed that the title has been running on Xbox Series X for a short period of time and it has already reached parity with high-spec PCs. Apart from the initial optimization of Scorn, the game will also receive many other optimizations on both platforms before the game is released in 2021. Initially announced as an Xbox Series X launch title, the game will now release in 2021.
