Fallout Canvas Bags will Take 4-6 Months before Delivering to Customers

A few weeks ago, Bethesda announced that they will replace the nylon bags to the promised canvas bags of the Power Armor Edition of Fallout 76. This was welcoming news, however reports have started coming that it will take 4-6 months to get the Fallout 76 canvas bags ready and delivered to customers.

Many fans who were excited for the recent Bethesda Game, Fallout 76, were promised by the developer of a high quality canvas bag that was going to be included in the Power Armor Edition of the game. Instead, they were given a cheaply made nylon bag that upset many fans worldwide who had purchased the special edition.

Things got out of hand when the entire community of Fallout fans were calling Bethesda out on going against their promise, and instead giving them a cheaply made bag.

Bethesda was soon to reply to the issue, and promised all its customers that they will replace the nylon bags with the promised canvas bags after filling a form, which then could be delivered to their residence.

For the customers who have indeed applied for the replacement, have now been told that they have to wait 4-6 months until the bags are ready. A Redditor by the name of Benjameen posted an image of the reply they got in their email from Bethesda that reads:

Greetings,

Thank you for your interest in receiving a Power Armor Edition Canvas Bag replacement.

Your request has been validated and you’re approved to receive your new canvas bag once it has been manufactured. Please allow 4-6 months for manufacturing and delivery.

In the meantime, we are ensuring that everyone who is eligible for a new canvas bag receives 500 complimentary ATOMs. If you have no already received your ATOMs, please stand by while they are applied to your account. This may take a couple of days.

Once we have confirmed the ATOMs are in your account, you will receive another confirmation email.

This is almost half an year waiting for a canvas bag that were originally supposed to be part of the special edition, however Bethesda is offering 500 complementary ATOMs to use in Fallout 76 for those eligible for a bag, which is equal to $5 in cash.

It is safe to say that this will not sit well with the customers who were already disappointed with the nylon bags. It also seems like Bethesda did not have any intention of manufacturing the canvas bags until the community got really angry. What is more is that the complementary ATOMs that are only worth $5, which is not such a worthy apology.
