EA has finally revealed the soundtrack of the upcoming FIFA 20 and this time around, the normal game modes and the newly added Volta mode will feature a separate soundtrack. EA has also released the demo for FIFA 20 on PC, Xbox One and PS4. Volta will feature a soundtrack which is heavily inspired by the street football culture from around the world since the mode is also focused around street football.

Just like every year, this year’s FIFA also brings together globally-acclaimed as well as emerging artists to create one of the best soundtrack ever featured in a FIFA game. Players will be able to listen to the tunes featuring Grammy-award winner Diplo’s global dance music trio Major Lazer, rising star Anderson .Paak, world-renowned electronic music duo Disclosure and one of dance music’s pioneering forces Don Diablo.

EA is putting the complete FIFA 20 soundtrack on Spotify, Apple, and Deezer from September 13, 2019, so that fans can start listening to the soundtrack before the game comes out. Since EA has released the demo of FIFA 20 which includes the Volta mode, a temporary Playlist on Spotify has been created which has both EA Sports FIFA 20 soundtrack and VOLTA FOOTBALL soundtrack featured in the demo.

Steve Schnur, President of Music, EA said:

Originally, EA SPORTS FIFA soundtracks reflected world culture. Then they began to influence culture. Today, the EA SPORTS FIFA soundtracks have become culture. For the first time in franchise history, we’ve curated two separate soundtracks for the game featuring an unprecedented 110+ tracks representing more than 20 countries. The roster of artists not only captures the global spirit of the game from the stadiums to the streets but elevates it like never before.

Since VOLTA is a brand new mode in FIFA 20, it is also gaining a separate soundtrack list and Major Lazer contributed to the soundtrack with their latest song ‘Que Calor’ featuring J. Balvin and El Alfa. It is the lead song for the street football mode and is heavily inspired by the culture and the lifestyle of street football.

Diplo commented:

We were really excited to be able to produce the lead track that is featured in the new VOLTA FOOTBALL mode. When we shared an early version of the track with the EA SPORTS FIFA team, they loved it, so we knew we had to finish it and release it as a single. Bringing on Balvin and El Alfa let us take the track to another level and we can’t wait for fans all over the world to hear it.

You can check out the FIFA 20 Demo soundtrack and VOLTA Demo soundtrack on Spotify right now or jump in the free demo to listen to the soundtrack as you play the game. The FIFA 20 demo is now live for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

FIFA 20 is releasing on September 27, 2019, on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
