After missing a few weeks, the new Forza Horizon 5 Winter Festival Playlist brings a new Treasure Hunt to solve this week. Keeping in view the overall theme of Ford, the treasure hunt also revolves around Ford. This Forza Horizon 5 Ford Time Lucky Treasure Hunt Guide will help you solve this week’s treasure hunt easily.
Ford Time Lucky Treasure Hunt Guide – Forza Horizon 5
Before we start heading toward the treasure chest, we will first need to solve the treasure clue. The clue for this week says, ‘Make sure to escape in time, as you get lucky by drifting up close’. If you cross-check the clue with the title Ford Time Lucky, you will easily understand that you need to perform a ‘Lucky Escape’ skill while driving a Ford. To perform a Lucky Escape, you have to perform a Drift skill and a Near Escape skill in succession. This has to be done with moving traffic or AI vehicles around you. If you hit their vehicle, you will not get the Lucky Escape skill.
We chose the 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 for this challenge as it is shown in the Treasure Hunt picture as well, but you can use any Ford for this challenge. Once you have drifted closely with a traffic or AI vehicle, you will instantly get the message that you have solved the treasure chest clue and now you can find the treasure chest. The treasure chest is located in Guanajuato and the exact location is marked on the map below:
After arriving at this location, look on the side of the road where a big monument is located and the treasure chest is sitting right in front of this. Hit the treasure chest to break it and complete the challenge. For completing the challenge, you will earn 100 Forzathon Points and 3 points towards your Festival Playlist competition.
That is all for this guide. If you need help with this week’s Fordzathon Photo Challenge, we have a dedicated guide for it. For additional help with the game, additional guides are linked below:
