With the arrival of Winter in Forza Horizon 5, we have the halfway point of the Modern Horizon update. We have successfully experienced two weeks of the update and are now in our third week with just a week to follow it before we move into the next update. The Winter week brings its own unique set of challenges for us to tackle this week and one of these challenges is a photo challenge. This Forza Horizon 5 SandyTrials Photo Challenge Guide will help you complete this week’s challenge easily.
SandyTrials Photo Challenge Guide – Forza Horizon 5
To complete this challenge, we will head to Dunas Blancas, the desert biome in Mexico. You will find these massive dunes in the map’s top-left section. The entire section is just a big area covered with desert dunes and long-slopping sand-filled areas. This week, these dusty dunes are home to the photo challenge. If you are still confused about its location, we have marked it on the map below for you:
Normally, you would bring a powerful 4X4 or at least an AWD vehicle here however that might not be the case for this week as the vehicle requirement is rather unique. There is no specific vehicle or brand requirement but rather a country requirement. We will need a Korean vehicle this week and if you know a little bit about car manufacturers, you would already know that there are not many from Korea. The only Korean brand found in Forza Horizon 5 is Hyundai and it has the following vehicles in the game:
You can pick any vehicle that you like from these options and once you are satisfied with your choice, pick any spot in Dunas Blancas and take a picture with your desired settings. You can enter photo mode by pressing and holding Up on the D-Pad and then pressing RB to quickly take a picture if you do not want to play around with the settings too much. Upon challenge completion, you will be rewarded with 2 Points towards your Festival Playlist completion and Breaking Shatter Carn Horn reward.
