This guide will show you how to complete Found Footage mission in Control Foundation. This is a side quest that is obtained when you get to the Chasm and requires you to get an Altered Item for you to escape the cave.
This side quest is found when you are in the end stags of the expansion story. When you come near the Chasm, you will find a crystal wall next to the floodlight that you activate. Breaking it open will take you inside a dark cave where you will need to complete the Found Footage quest.
How to Complete Found Footage Mission in Control Foundation
When you break open the crystal wall next to the floodlight that you activated, you now have to enter this dark cave and look down. From there you need to drop down into the Chasm and you will spot a light source right at the bottom on the floor of this cave.
You will also face some enemies here, but your main objective is to take the TV and bring it al the way to the other side out of the cave. With the TV in hand, use it t light up the path ahead and continue forward, occasionally taking out some of the enemies that show up. You can also use your map to guide you, and while they will show you the path ahead, it is usually blocked by a breakable wall that you need to first locate and then break open to continue ahead.
Now you have to press forward and make your way back to the top with the TV. The exit is marked by a door where you have to use it to get out, and then place the TV in the white box ahead to complete the mission. Place it inside and the quest will be done.
