As the leader of the city, you will have access to the Book of Laws. These laws can be issued by you and set various laws that correspond to tasks you can set your citizens to. The laws that you issue will affect the morale of your citizens, whether it be in a good way or a bad way. You can put in a law that forces people to work more, at the cost of citizen dissatisfaction. Or you can go with laws that provide ease to all of your citizens.

Path of Order
All the Path of Order Laws are detailed below:
House Of Prayer
This law is unlocked from the start of your gameplay. This law will unlock a new building and will increase the hopes of the citizens that reside close to it.
Shrines
This law is unlocked after you sign the House of Prayer. It will unlock Shrine building and will increase the efficiency and hopes of the people that reside around it. It is best to built Shrines around industrial buildings.
Field Kitchen
This law is unlocked after you sign the Shrines law. It will unlock the Field Kitchen and will provide all workers nearby with food. It will also raise the temperature of the building by 1, which is best for dangerously low-temperature situations.
House of Healing
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Field Kitchen Law. It will unlock the House of Healing Building, where you can give medical aid to your workers and increase efficiency. This building works great if you have an epidemic that is hard to control.
Evening Prayers
This law can be unlocked after you sign the House of Healing. This building will increase the hope of the people when it is low.
The Temple
This can be unlocked after you sign the Evening Prayer law. It gives a boost in hope to people, and is best to use when you are close to being exiled.
Righteous Denunciation
This law can be unlocked after you unlock the Temple law. This can help you identify thieves among the people and get all the stolen resources back.
Faith Keepers
This law can be unlocked after you sign Evening Prayers law. where it will give you this building that has the most faithful citizens. These are the people that help you control other citizens from protesting.
Public Penance
This law can be unlocked after you sign Faith Keepers law. It will give this new ability to the Faith Keepers. The law will raise discontent but will raise hope
Protector Of The Truth
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Public Penance law. It will give a new ability to the Faith Keepers and the Temple. Initially, it will raise discontent, but will gradually decrease it as you use the ability.
New Faith
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Protector of the Truth law. this will bring in totalitarianism, and will completely diminish hope and will slowly. decrease your population.

Neighborhood Watch
This law is unlocked from the starting of the game. it will give you this new building that will increase hopes with any homes nearby.
Morning Gathering
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Neighborhood Watch law. It will increase hope when the citizens gather in one place in the morning.
Foreman
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Morning Gathering law. It will give you a new function that will increase the efficiency of a building by 40%
Guard Stations
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Neighborhood Watch. It will give you a Watchtower, with increased hope nearby and decreased discontent.
Patrol
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Guard Stations law. it will give you another function of the guard stations, where it has patrols to increase the hopes of the people.
Propaganda Centre
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Guard Stations law. it will give you a new building that will give people a lot of hope.
Prison
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Guard Stations law. it will give you prison cells where you can catch and prison criminals.
Forceful Persuasion
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Prison law. This reduces the amount of time a prisoner spends in jail but will reduce their life and health. It only works best if you have a lot of prisoners in the jails.
Agitator
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Propaganda Centre. This will give increased efficiency to industrial buildings by 20%
Pledge of Loyalty
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Propaganda Centre. This will give your citizens the chance to join the Pledge of Loyalty and will permanently increase their hope.
New Order
This law can be unlocked after you sign the Pledge of Loyalty or Forceful Persuasion. this will bring in totalitarianism, and will completely diminish hope and will slowly. decrease your population.
