Below we have detailed how you can get Wishes in Genshin Impact.

How to Get Wishes

The first thing you need to do to get Wishes is to play the game until you reach the Library. It is from this point onwards in the story where you can claim free Wishes to add in your inventory.

Other ways you can get free Wishes in the game is to collect the other three types of in-game currencies that are the Acquaint Fate, Intertwined Fate, and Primogems. The Primogems can be earned by completing the various activities of the game like quests and completing dungeons. While the main story quest is a one-time activity, Dungeons can be played after every day, allowing you to earn Primogems in return.

The Intertwined Fate and the Acquainted Fate can be bought from the shop in the game’s menu. Go to Paimon’s Bargain section where you can then buy both the types of Fates in the game. Now, all you are left with is to check out the Wishes section and add in the required Fate to complete the event. This will reward you with Wishes, which you can then use to unlock additional characters in the game.
