Gigabyte has unveiled 4 new Graphics cards as part of their Aorus Xtreme WaterForce series based on the new RTX 30 series GPUs. These new graphics cards are water-cooled and include Aorus GeForce RTX 3090 XTREME WaterForce WB 24G, Aorus GeForce RTX 3080 XTREME WaterForce WB 10G, Aorus GeForce RTX 3090 XTREME WaterForce 24G, and Aorus GeForce RTX 3080 XTREME WaterForce 10G.

There are two different types of Water-cooled options in the Aorus WaterForce lineup. The XTREME WaterForce is the AIO version of the two options and features a Liquid All-in-One cooler instead of an open-loop style. The XTREME WaterForce low maintenance of the AIO is what is great for many and it provides better performance. The copper cold plate directly touches the GPU, VRAM, and other critical parts of the Graphics Cards.

The AIO on the XTREME WaterForce GPUs features a 240mm radiator and an advanced heat pipe to efficiently deliver cooler water for active heat dissipation.

On the other hand, the Aorus WaterForce WB graphic cards feature an open-loop design and is a great option for those users who are looking to upgrade their current open-loop system or those venturing into building an open-loop system.

Looking at the design, the Aorus WaterForce WB has optimal channel spacing between the micro fins which provides an enhanced heat transfer and the sink design of the copper micro fins allows for a shorter conduction path. That allows the water transfer to be quicker throughout the GPU.

The cover and backplate of the new-gen WATERFORCE WB feature customizable RGB lighting as users can create their own PC styles and bring creativity into the liquid cooling systems.

Aorus is the world’s first manufacturer to include the patent-pending “Leak detection” in the WaterForce WB open-loop graphics cards. The built-in leak detection circuit covers the entire fitting and water block and can promptly alert users by flashing a light at the first sign of a leak, so users can deal with the leakage early and prevent any further damage to the system.

All 4 variants come with 6 outputs ports (3xHDMI, 3xDP), RGB FUSION 2.0 software support, protection metal backplate, dust-proof, and moisture-proof aerospace-grade PCB coating, Ultra-Durable top-grade materials, and registered Aorus members extended warranty.
