Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini Is Only 17 cm Long, Perfect For Small Form Factor Builds

Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini

The Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini has been announced and one of the major selling points is that the card is only 17 cm long. While many gamers prefer an ATX case, there are those that like a smaller footprint. If that is the case then the Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini will be able to provide decent performance and will not take up too much space.

While the form factor is smaller, this is an RTX 2060 so you are getting the 1920 CUDA cores and the ability to run experience features like DLSS and Nvidia RTX real-time ray tracing. You can check out the specifications of the reference design model below:

The Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini offers decent performance keeping in mind the size of the card. Nvidia claims that it will be able to deliver 50% more performance compared to the GTX 1060. The smaller version of the card comes with only a single fan, unlike the reference design model.

We will have to see how well a single fan is able to cool the card but it is worth mentioning that I have been using the Zotac GTX 1060 mini for more than 2 years now. This graphics card also comes with a single fan and I have yet to encounter any kind of issue whatsoever.

Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini

The core clock of the Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini is 1695 MHz which is very impressive indeed and the card comes with 3 DP1.4 ports and an HDMI 2.0 port. There is no DVI-D port on this custom model. The Gigabyte RTX 2060 Mini is currently available for sale and if you are interested in smaller builds then this is an option that you might want to look into.

The RTX 2060 also happens to be the recommended requirement for Anthem as we know that the game will feature Nvidia DLSS technology in order to provide better visuals and performance compared to TAA.
