Cliffs of the Raven Collectibles – Location Guide
This God of War Cliffs of the Raven Collectible Locations Guide focuses on all collectibles present in Cliffs of the Raven. There are 5 collectibles in this region that you must collect. We have detailed the collectibles in a sequence so that when you start the area, you can collect all of them easily without missing anyone in between when you explore the area.
Cliffs of the Raven Collectible # 1 – Language Cipher Chest
As soon as you arrive on the island, destroy the orange blockade with your axe and head down the path. You need to go to the back of the area. Some enemies will attack you when you reach the back area. Kill them all. If you see a Lore Marker here, it is for the Shores of Nine region and does not count towards the Cliffs of the Raven collectibles.
At the left side of this Lore Marker, find the breakable wood barrier, destroy it, and lift Atreus so he can drop a chain for you. Climb up to open the chest.
Cliffs of the Raven Collectible # 2 – Artifact
This is located in the same location as the Language Cipher Chest. Look to the right side of the chest and you will find the artifact easily.
Cliffs of the Raven Collectible # 3 – Raven
Once you have picked up the Artefact, do not move from your location. Stay at the same spot and look in the direction of the area where you parked your boat. You will see a raven at the top of the mountain. It is well out of range so you will be required to aim higher than the raven and then throw your axe.
Cliffs of the Raven Collectible # 4 – Nornir Chest
You will find the Nornir Chest sitting in the middle of the area. Opening the chest is not easy and you will be required to do some work to open it. Start with heading to the back of the area and grabbing the Winds of Hel from there. To make things easier, go to the beach and use the chain to lift the gate. Afterward, use your axe to destroy the orange blockage. Pick up the Winds of Hel and place them in the socket in the wall nearest to the gate. Now you need to go back to the chest and remember the three signs required to open it.
Now climb up from the chest and head to the gate where you placed the Winds of Hel in the socket. There are three Winds of Hel holders in the area. They rotate the signs when the Winds of Hel are placed in them. Put the Winds of Hel in each socket until the correct sign is shown and all three signs are in place. Remove the Winds of Hel once it is done and put them back in the socket in the wall next to the gate. Open the chest to get your upgrade.
Cliffs of the Raven Collectible # 5 – Legendary Chest
For the Legendary Chest, you will need to open a sealed crypt, which requires the Winds of Hel as well. Start by putting the Winds of Hel in the socket nearest to the Nornir Chest. Make your way back to the beach by putting Winds of Hel in respective sockets along the way. When you reach the last socket, grab the Winds of Hel. Run to the beach and place them in the socket of the sealed crypt. This will open the crypt and reveal the Legendary Chest for you to open.
