All Gale Flame Locations Guide – God of War Ragnarok
Unlike your Leviathan Axe and Blades of Chaos, you will get the Draupnir Spear after certain progression in the game, and it is also upgraded to a certain extent when you receive it. When you reach the point where you receive the Draupnir Spear, it will already be a Level 5 weapon so you will need to find just four Gale Flames in order to fully upgrade your weapon. If you miss collecting it at its particular point, you can always go to a blacksmith later and get it from the blue chest.
Gale Flame #1
The very first Gale Flame that you can obtain in the game is story-bound and you will get it after defeating the Hrist & Mist boss.
Gale Flame #2
Complete the Berserker Gravestone in Jarnsmida Pitmines located in the Svartalfheim realm.
Gale Flame #3
Defeat the Flame Phantom boss in the Favor called Nocturnal Predator to get this Gale Flame. This Favor can be completed in The Plains located in the Vanaheim realm.
Gale Flame #4
The final Gale Flame can be obtained after finding 6 Lindwyrms. As you find each, they will each drop a Gale Spark and once you find all six of them, you will have enough Gale Sparks to create one full Gale Flame for your upgrade.
