Jewel of Yggdrasil #1 – Automatically Obtained
In The Word of Fate main quest of the game, you will get the first Jewel of Yggdrasil as it will be dropped by Frost Phantom.
Jewel of Yggdrasil #2 – The Forbidden Sands in Alfheim
East from The Burrows in The Forbidden Sands, you will have to make your way into the Elven Sanctum. Climb up the main entrance and head inside towards the Elven Library. You can climb up the platform on your left which takes you to a Legendary Chest above, containing the Jewel.
Jewel of Yggdrasil #3 – Automatically Obtained
This Jewel is also obtained automatically and in a main quest called Forging Destiny Quest at The Forge. When completing the mission, you can obtain it as it is dropped by the Ogre.
Jewel of Yggdrasil #4 – The Oarsmen in Midgard
This Jewel of Yggdrasil can be found at The Oarsmen in Midgard. In the area where you have to move the large chains, proceed further through the underground area that opens up. Head down the stairs and you will find a Legendary Chest to your right containing the Jewel.
Jewel of Yggdrasil #5 – Alberich Island in Svartalfheim
In one of the Favors called The Lost Treasure, you will find a chest that contains the Jewel inside, and obtained automatically in this quest.
Jewel of Yggdrasil #6 – Noatun’s Garden in Vanaheim
In Noatum’s Garden in Vanaheim, you need to head to the northern side to a building that will be blocked from all enntraces. You can however sneak in with an axe throw to activate the lever inside, but it will be blocked by vines. You need to shoot purple arrows at the vines, and then attack with your Chaos Blades for it to spark up an explosion. This burns up the veins blocking the lever, allowing you to now thrown your axe at it and unlock it from the inside.
Jewel of Yggdrasil #7 – The Jungle in Vanaheim
Can be obtained automatically when you are completing the Path of Destruction side quest. In the quest, you have to go to the drake’s den where you will find the Legendary Chest containing the last Jewel of Yggdrasil.
