Join Constantin – Bad Ending
When you come to the final stages of the game, you will finally get to meet Constantin. Here you will also have to fight Nadaig Baro after Constantin orders him to fight against you.
After the fight, Constantin will talk to you and tell you all about why he has done all of this. He will then offer you to join him so that you both can live as gods. Here is where you will be given the choice to join or betray him. If you decide to join Constantin, he will give you a blade that you will use to draw blood from your hand, and then embrace him.
This will then trigger the end of the game, where Mr de Courcillon will narrate the result of your choice and how it has affected the world. Both Aphra and Vasco fall together after they were betrayed by your decision, having believed so much in you. Vasco ran away and joined the Naut fleet, with his heart filled with bitterness and never to leave the island again. Siora will corrupt herself when she will join to serve Constantin.
Lastly, the narrator will also reveal that the world will fall into a constant conflict where each side will accuse each other. The power of you and Constantin will sink the world further, indicating the bad ending of this choice.
Kill Constantin – Good Ending
After you fight with Nadaig Baro, Constantin will ask you to join him and become gods. If you go with the good ending, you will have to stab Constantin. This will mark the start of the good ending, and the end of the story.
The outcome of this ending will be a positive one, where the narrator will detail how your choices have made the world a better place after the fall of Constantin. The land will slowly fill with life and the number of cases of the Malichor will decrease.
Aphra will set down her weapons and continue her research in nature. Vasco was promoted as the commander of the whole fleet, and Petrus will become the Cardinal. The narrator will then continue explaining every character you encountered during the playthrough and how this ending had a positive effect on everyone.
