Legendary Armor #1 – The Merchant Prince Set
This is the best armor set that you can find in the game, and it can be obtained in the Wenshaganaw Singing Waters. This location is just a little northwest from New Serene. Once you go to this location, you can loot a corpse that will give you a merchant key. The key unlocks a chest which will be right at the river nearby. Open the chest and take all the items.
Legendary Armor #2 – Saint Matheus Set
This legendary armor set is also one of the best armor that you can get in the game. This can be taken from a chest that is located inside the Cousoneigad Cave in Vedvilvie. The first thing you need to do is go to Vedvilvie, and then travel to the northeastern-most corner of this area. This will take you inside the Cousoneigad Cave system that has the chest containing this armor set.
Legendary Armor #3 – The Major Set
This Legendary armor set can be found in Magasvar The Valley of The Great Battle. Here you can loot a Coin Guard’s corpse which will contain the key that will unlock a chest. This corpse can be found after you end the boss fight with Nadaig Vedemen.
After you have defeated the boss, look around for the corpse of the Coin Guard, loot the key off from him and then locate the chest that can be found in a camp. Unlock the chest and take the legendary Armors inside.

I found parts of another set called the warrior king in Cerghanes, Vedrad, during Aphra’s first quest.
I also found a set of legendary armour the Cardinal’s ceremonial set in Frasoneigad its located in a chest found at the end of the path next to the water near Dunosed camp, the chest contains Inquisitor Bishop’s vestements, Cardinal’s ceremonial robe, Cardinal’s ceremonial gauntlets and Cardinal’s ceremonial boots.
