It is pretty easy to unlock the Epsilon Outfit for yourself. However it may take about 15 minutes of your time doing nothing by tipping the bathroom attendant in your nightclub.

The Epsilon Program is a Scientology type cult in the game that was also in the main mission story of GTA V, where players could even join the cult.

Firstly, you need to head to the bathroom where the attendant can be tipped. The tips usually are given in $1 notes and can be tipped multiple times. The first ten times that you tip the attendant, a first message will appear saying “Seeking The Truth”.

The second message appears when you have tipped your attendant at least 155 times, where a new message will appear saying “Chasing The Truth”

A third and final message appears  when you have tipped 575 times that will say “Bearing The Truth”, after which you will have the Epsilon Outfit unlocked in your wardrobe. The whole process can take about 15 minutes to complete, but will give you a rare outfit that can be unlocked after completing the process mentioned above.

You can go to your wardrobe to wear the Epsilon Outfit that you get from Easter Egg. That it, that is all there is to this Easter Egg, and this is not the first time an Easter Egg has been in the game that give you an outfit as a reward.
