The Threat Sensor is the second Mjolnir Suit upgrade that you will find in the game, specifically when you are in the Banished Tower, looking for a way to reach the main area using the gravity lift. When you enter the tower, you will find the upgrade waiting for you to collect.

Drop Wall

The third upgrade is the Drop Wall, which can only be found during your adventure in the Excavation Site mission in the campaign. In the mission, you will need to get access to the mysterious dig site by turning out the large laser drill. When you gain access and head into the tunnels of the dig site, make your way to the Conservator, and you will find the upgrade on the ground.

Thrusters
