2018 is only half over and we already have a large list of amazing titles lined up for 2019. Another title that was recently announced to be launched in 2019 by the Canadian developer Cradle Games is Hellpoint. Hellpoint is an action RPG set in space and is slated for release in 2019.

Hellpoint is currently in development at Cradle Games. The game is set in a sci-fi world where a huge ‘occult quantum catastrophe’ has taken place and the world is now host to numerous anomalies.
The game is set in Irid Novo Space Colony, located on a space station, which is orbiting a black hole, and many strange things including demons and other alien life forms are present on this space station. Players will investigate the reasons behind the catastrophe and will try to solve the mystery, which is not yet known to anyone.
In the trailer, we can see various enemies, which the players will need to face in order to make progress in the game. There are insane mobs, demons and space monsters. Visually the game looks very good at this point but since this is a game in development, visuals might improve even more at a later stage of the game.
The game combat and the character movement is giving us Dark Souls vibes, which could mean that this game might be inspired by Dark Souls. The game also features weapon crafting and a skill based system like other RPGs.
The game can be played in single player or multiplayer modes where you can join Cults and then go on the journey with your Cult members in order to overcome tougher enemies. We currently do not know whether the game will feature some PvP action as well or it will be limited to PvE only.
According to their official website, the game will be released on PS4, Xbox One, Linux, Mac OS, Windows and Nintendo Switch. The developers have given a release date of 2019 at the moment.
