Cronos Interactive and Not A Company have released a major update for Hoverloop on Steam’s Early Access today. The latest update brings tons of new content and features to the game and it brings the game closer to its full version release which is planned for later this year. The full version of Hoverloop will come with even more features and a brand new online multiplayer mode.
Hoverloop has been created using the Unreal Engine and it offers a peek into a future where all of the sports in the entire world have been overtaken by drone competitions. The latest update brings a large number of enhancements and new content to the game. A brand new combat arena set inside a mine has been added to the game. Along with the new arena, a new Team Deathmatch mode has also been added to the game.
The game has a brand new tutorial as well which will help players get up to speed with the new content in the game. It will help them learn the basics of high-speed hover drones. A brand new AI upgrade has also been patched into the game making the computer-controlled drones even better and tougher. Apart from this new drone customizations, UI and feedback refinements have also been added to the game.

Hoverloop is a multiplayer arena shooter that features high-speed drone combat. Players can customize their drones to add a more personal touch to them. The game features a large number of maps and game types which will surely attract players of every taste. Different game modes like Deathmatch and survival based PvE modes are also part of the game. Players have powerful abilities such as death rays, invulnerable shields, and teleportation at their disposal which will allow them to annihilate the opposition.

The key features of Hoverloop include:
- Customization: Pick your favorite customizable drone from a vast variety of materials, colors, hats, trails and emotes, paired with unique abilities like teleportation or death ray.
- Combat: Obliterate your opponents with an arsenal of powerful weapons. Blow them up, stun them and punch holes in them with the machine gun.
- Multiplayer: Play with up to four friends locally or eight players online.
- Arenas: Fight on a variety of maps across a wide array of game modes including deathmatches and cooperative PvE modes against waves of AI.
Hoverloop is now available on Steam Early Access for free and the final release is slated for Fall 2019 on PC and Xbox One.
