NACON has shared additional details about its upcoming hunting game Hunting Simulator 2. The latest trailer released by the developer sheds some light on some of the hunting gear and the brands which make them. You will have access to some of the best hunting equipment found in the world as you embark on your virtual hunt in Hunting Simulator 2 at the end of this month.
Equipment plays a vital role in hunting and for this very purpose, Hunting Simulator 2 will feature some of the best brands that make hunting equipment in real-life. You will have complete freedom of creating the best possible build in the game by customizing your equipment by choosing items from these great brands. You will have access to a wide variety of officially licensed weapons, accessories and hunting outfits.
The game features around 61 different weapons for you to choose from. These are further classified into four different categories. Based on your priorities, you will have a large number of bows, shotguns, bolt-action, semi-automatic and side-by-side weapons in the game. Certain hunts require particular weapons as well so you will always have a really good variety of weapons to choose from for every hunt.

Different animals will also require a particular caliber of weapons so you must take care of this right from the start of the game. As you continue to play the game, you will eventually master the art of choosing the right caliber for the right hunt as well as using different accessories. To customize your character, you will also have access to more than 90 clothing items from some of the best hunting brands including:
- Weapons: Winchester, Browning, Sako, Tikka, Verney-Carron, Barrett, Bear Archery, Beretta
- Outfits and accessories: Bushnell, Kryptek, SJK, Ligne Verney-Carron, Browning, Beretta
You will also find a shooting range in Hunting Simulator 2 where you can practice all of the available weapons in the game. Here, you can create custom scenarios based on situations that you might come across on your hunting trips and practice those scenarios with a wide number of weapons available in the game. This will ensure that you always have the best weapon equipped for every hunt and you absolutely nail those shots.
Pre-orders for the game are now live on Xbox One. All pre-orders will receive a pre-order bonus of a Beretta 486 shotgun by Marc Newson. It is a 12-caliber side-by-side shotgun with fine engravings and will be the perfect weapon for hunting fans. Hunting Simulator 2 is slated for release on PS4 and Xbox One on June 30, 2020. The PC version of the game will release on July 16, 2020, while a Nintendo Switch version will arrive at a later date. Previously, we got to see our dog companion along with a brief gameplay trailer.
