Infected Shelter Gets a New Trailer, Coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019

Infected Shelter

Infected Shelter is a new upcoming game from the developer Dark Blue Games and they recently revealed a cool new trailer for the game. You can check out the trailer below.

Infected Shelter looks amazing and the developers are calling it a cross between Castle Crashers and Dead Cells. The game features rogue-lite gameplay that can be played either solo or co-op for ultimate carnage.

In Infected Shelter, you will be playing as a survivor who is living with a group in a post-apocalyptic world. One morning, when you wake up you see that all your group members are gone and the shelter has been raided by unknown people.

Now you must leave the comfort of your shelter and go out in the post-apocalyptic world to find the surviving group member and survive the brutal onslaught of infected. The game has no scripted levels and every time you start a level, it will be randomly generated giving each level a unique experience.

You will find the gameplay a mixture of RPG elements, dungeon brawler mechanics, rogue-lite and typical post-apocalyptic survival games. As you slaughter enemy after enemy, you can loot more blueprints to upgrade your basic skills as well as create some really wacky weapons. You can see in the trailer that you can even create wheelchairs with saw chains for ultimate fun and killing action.

The game will feature tons of weapons, clothes, skills, relics and character stats that can be improved as you explore the world, slaughter enemies and loot them for supplies. The game looks absolutely fun by looking at the trailer.

Currently the game is slated for release on PC and Nintendo Switch. The PC version will also get Early Access version sometime later this year while Nintendo Switch version is planned for 2019.

The game looks very promising and we cannot wait to play it. It is certainly on our radar and we will continue to update you about this fun, post-apocalyptic game in the future.
