Bandai Namco has announced the Open Beta dates for its upcoming anime/manga fighting game Jump Force. It will start on January 18 and run till January 20. However, during these days, the Open Beta will be available for only three hours.
The beta is exclusive for PS4 and Xbox One players which is again bad news for PC players as Devil May Cry 5 Demo is also coming next month exclusively on PS4 and Xbox One. Jump Force’s Open Beta will run in certain periods during these days so players who want to try the beta will need to be very vigilante so that they do not miss these three-hour open beta sessions.
The schedule for Open Beta is detailed below.
- January 18, 2019 – 4 AM PST to 7 AM PST, 9 PM to 12 AM PST
- January 19, 2019 – 8 AM PST to 11 AM PST
- January 20, 2019 – 12 PM PST to 3 PM PST
Anyone who want to play the beta can play the game during these time slots. The Open Beta will have 17 fighters to choose from and 5 different stages to choose from. Fighters will include Goku, Luffy, Naruto, Vegeta and many other famous anime/manga characters. This is a good time to actually experience what the game will be like.
The full game will have a lot more fighters and full features of the game when it comes out next month however this demo will give us an idea of what we can expect from the full game when it comes out.

As of now there is no official word on a PC demo. This announcement is only for PS4 and Xbox One players. Bandai Namco might release a PC demo later but since the game is a month away from release, chances of it are very low.
