Jurassic World Evolution 2 Guide
Below we have detailed some tips that should help you in Jurassic World Evolution 2.
Keeping Dinosaurs Happy
This is an obvious fact that many players should already be aware of, but taking care of your dinosaurs and providing them with their needs will keep them happy and satisfied. Happy enough that they don’t get frustrated and break out of your park, and worse, take this out on your visitors.
To keep your dinos happy, you need to use your Rangers to find out every detail about the dinosaur type and learn what habitat better suits their needs, enough to make them feel homely.
Manage Dinosaur Medical Situations
Your dinosaurs will suffer from a range of medical problems, that will prompt you to provide the appropriate medical treatment. This ranges from the common cold to other diseases that will arise among the species. When your dinosaur is sick, send out your medical team to the affected dino and find out the cause or the type of disease that is troubling the dino.
While most of the diseases can be cured with research, a common cold is not a deadly disease and will wear off on its own.
But diseases are not the only medical emergencies that will arise, as your dinosaurs will be facing injuries as well. This is where you will need to transport them to medical, wait for them to heal up, and then transfer them back to their respective habitat. Moving dinosaurs sounds easy, but is a tough challenge, especially when you have bigger species that require more time to transport. This can be made easy by using the Mobile Vet Unit to transport an injured dinosaur to the medical facility.
How to Heal Dinosaurs
Your dinosaurs will face many medical situations as you manage your park, which means that you need to have a medical facility ready for such emergencies. To do this, you need to go to the Operations menu and then select the Palaeo Medical Facility and build it.
Once your facility is set, you then need to the Mobile Vet Unit 1, which is a specialized unit that will help you transport your dinosaurs to the medical facility for further evaluation and treatment. This is where the medical facility will diagnose the disease and will cure it.
The healing part is not the most challenging part of this gameplay feature but is the transporting of the dinosaurs which is going to be a bigger and challenging task.
Transporting Dinosaurs
Transporting one dinosaur for a medical emergency is just one challenge, but moving multiple animals from one habitat to another is going to be another mammoth task for you. And if you have played the previous game, you must be well aware of how tiring this task easily became.
Transporting large and violent dinosaurs will require you two vital items, which are the tranquilizers and the transport helicopters. This is best done after you have selected a helicopter to transport a dinosaur, and then wait for the dino to fall asleep. This will then allow you to use the tranquilizer and then select where the dino needs to be moved.
