A new TV spot for the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 has revealed a returning character who is none other than Kitana and she looks angry. The short 1-minute TV spot shows Kitana wielding her signature blade fans and fighting Scorpion however the video is too short and does not show her detailed moves or even her fatality.
The short TV Spot still manages to show a little bit Kitana’s moves in which she deals some damage to Scorpion but it still misses the brutality of proper character reveal trailers of the past. Earlier reveal trailers were amazing as they showed the characters in detail ending with their fatalities.
We understand that this is just a TV Spot and NetherRealm cannot really show everything in it however we want to see more of Kitana and her blades in action. The new character model for Kitana looks good and she seems much angrier than before. Since Mortal Kombat 11 is playing around with time so much, we might get to see an early version of Kitana as well in the final game.
We are expecting a Kitana announcement trailer to land soon because we would love to see a detailed trailer which shows her moves including her X-Ray move as well as her fatality. We can hardly wait to see what sort of new butchery she is now capable of using her blades in Mortal Kombat 11.

Earlier character reveals include Cetrion, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Jax, Noob, Shang Tsung, Kotal Kahn, Cassie Cage, Kano, Jade, Johny Cage, Kabal, and D’Vorah. NetherRealm Studios also discussed that female character design in Mortal Kombat 11 will be more mature and respectful. We also got to learn that Mortal Kombat 11’s main story will be 8 hours long.
Mortal Kombat 11 is releasing on April 23, 2019, on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
