Polish indie studio 7LEVELS has unveiled the release date for Kong: Survivor Instinct, their upcoming action-adventure game set in the world of Legendary Entertainment’s Monsterverse. Fans can expect this thrilling new title to hit PCs via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on October 22, 2024, priced at $24.99. The game promises an epic journey of survival, combining intense platforming, combat, and Metroidvania-style exploration.

The latest teaser for Kong: Survivor Instinct has introduced Tiamat, a powerful new Titan that adds to the ever-growing roster of ferocious monsters in the game. Set in the aftermath of Godzilla vs. Kong, the game immerses you in a visually stunning single-player experience that adds a new chapter to the Monsterverse lore. In a non-linear world filled with chaos, collapsing buildings, toxic spills, and roaring fires, you will face enormous challenges in your quest for survival.

The narrative follows a father’s desperate search for his missing daughter in a city laid to ruin by the Titans’ showdown. Along the way, you will need to use the city’s technology to manipulate the movements of the Titans, turning their destructive power to their advantage. This Metroidvania-inspired setting challenges you to strategically navigate through dangerous environments while battling both iconic and newly introduced Titans.

Among the fresh faces of the Titan world is Abaddon, a brand-new monster created by the 7LEVELS team in collaboration with Legendary Entertainment. Reuniting with Kong, you will encounter a host of other fierce Titans. Their only hope of survival lies in utilizing the innovative Monarch ORCA Σ device, a tool that allows them to influence the movements of these massive creatures and manipulate their destructive behavior.
