Specifications for the upcoming AMD Navi 21 XT GPU have been leaked online and they are insane. The specifications were leaked by Patrick Schur on Twitter who is a well-known and credible leaker. AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT is the flagship card of the upcoming Radeon 6000 graphic cards series and it will feature the Navi 21 XT GPU which will be based on the Big Navi architecture.
According to the leak, the Navi 21 XT “Big Navi” GPU will have a 2.4 GHz Game Clock, 16 GB GDDR6 VRAM & 255W TGP. These specifications are insane and according to previous reports, the Navi 21 XT GPU will be featured on the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card.
The Navi 21 XT GPU looks to be a beast of a GPU with a game clock of around 2.4 GHz which will be the highest clock speeds we will get to see on a consumer desktop-grade graphics card. We can expect even higher frequencies from third-party vendors, with a report suggesting that an XTX variant exists which would have even faster clock speeds.

The GPU also has a TGP (Total Graphics Power) of 255W which is quite lower than NVIDIA’s RTX 3080 which for comparison, has a TDP of 320W. The graphics card which will be based on the Navi 21 XT GPU, which is reportedly the Radeon RX 6900 XT, is said to feature 16 GB of GDDR6 memory. The Radeon RX 6900 XT will be the flagship card of the Radeon 6000 series and it will be trying to match the performance of the RTX 3080 graphics card.
As per Rogame, the Navi 21 GPU currently has the following SKUs:
- Navi 21 XTX (0x731F:D0)
- Navi 21 XT (0x731F:D1)
- Navi 21 XL (0x731F:D3)
