Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Goddess Chests Guide

This Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Goddess Chests Guide will show you where you can find all the Goddess Chests in the game. Goddess Chests are the second half of the Goddess Cubes puzzle where you are finally given the treasures for upward striking the cubes.

Every time you find a Goddess Cube and use an upward strike attack to hit it, a new location gets marked on your map which leads to the Goddess Chest containing the treasure. If you want to check out all the Goddess Cube locations, read our guide here.

This guide will list all the locations of the Goddess Treasure Chests that spawn after you strike its corresponding Goddess Cube.

#	Location	Where to Find
1	Pumpkin Landing	This chest is right outside the entrance of Lumpy Pumpkin
2	Pumpkin Landing	On the top of Lumpy Pumpkin where you need to dive and land on the canvas just above the entrance
3	The Sky	On the small island that is near Lump Pumpkin
4	The Sky	This chest will be on the island that is on the western side of the Fun Fun Island
5	The Sky	The island that is just in between the Bamboo Island and Beedle’s Island
6	The Sky	There will be a small island south east from Beedle’s Island, the chest will be on the small ledge next to the large rock
7	The Sky	On the Volcano Island, go east from the Lanayru light
8	The Sky	Go to the island that is east from the Lanayru light where the chest will be in an area that will require you to clawshot
9	The Sky	You need to west from Beedle’s Island in The Sky on an island where you need to dive in the water. The chest will be in the area you surface after diving
10	The Sky	Northwest from Fun Fun Island, climb down the vines to reach the bottom of the island where the chest is
11	The Sky	Northwest from the Fun Fun Island again, where you need to jump on the small platform and then use the vines to grapple over to the gate
12	The Sky	Just under Fun Fun Island where you need to use the Loftwing to get to the chest.
13	Isle of Songs	Can be found in the Isle of Songs where it will on the lower section on the right
14	Bamboo Island	This will be on the northeast part of Skyloft in the Bamboo Island
15	Skyloft	After you get the ability to swim, go to the river in Skyloft and swim through the underwater path below the windmill.
16	Beedle’s Island	Inside the cave that is on Beedle’s Island
17	Skyloft	South from the Knight Academy, you will come to a small floating island where the chest is waiting for you
18	Thunderhead	On the Thunderhead where you first need to use the Digging Mitts to get a treasure chest, fight of the Waltulas, and then climb the vines to the Goddess Chest
19	Thunderhead	You will need the Mogma Mitts for this, while the chest is on the island southwest from Isle of Songs.
20	Thunderhead	On the same island as before, the chest will be in the underground cave where a Moldorm enemy resides.
21	Skyloft	West of Skyloft will be a bunch of floating islands, where one of the island will have a waterfall. Go to this island and use the Clawshot to get on the vines. Now glide down to the chest
22	Skyloft	On the waterfall island which is on the east side of Skyloft. The chest will be on the waterfall which requires your Clawshot to get to it.
23	Bazaar	Inside Gondo’s Scrap Shop
24	Bug Rock	In the Thunderhead is the Bug Rock where the chest sits on a wooden ledge in the southwest side of the island
25	Isle of Songs	On the top of the tower of Isle of Songs
