Com2uS the creator of the world-renowned  RPG Franchise Summoners War has announced the Lost Centuria World Championship. The event applications are now open for this new eSports event.

Players will have the opportunity to claim up to $20,000 cash prizes as they participate in competitive battles against top Summoners across the globe.

The Lost Centuria World Championship will be held on November 6th, giving players plenty of time to prepare for the event. However, players who are ranked in the top 2,000 in the weekly World Tournament will be eligible to participate. The World Tournament will begin on May 27 and will run till September 17.

The main event will be live-streamed on YouTube and will be streamed in 13 different languages. Here is everything you need to know about the competition:

About

Lost Centuria World Championship invites players around the world to compete in Summoners War: Lost Centuria for cash prizes. During the tournament, players can ban up to two of their opponent’s Monsters, and add up to two additional Monsters afterward, as needed, to complete their deck. All Monster levels will be set to level 10 and skill stone effects will be applied. As for Runes, only the Rune set effect will be applied.

Prize Pool:

  • 1st: $20,000 USD
  • 2nd: $5,000 USD
  • 3rd: $3,000 USD
  • 4th: $2,000 USD

Player Selection Criteria:

Players who are ranked in the top 2,000 in the weekly ‘World Tournament’ from May 27 to September 14 are eligible to participate. Players who do not meet the selection criteria can get a chance to participate in the final 8th round from September 8 to 14.

Important Dates:

  • Participant Registration: September 2 – 17
  • Preliminary: September 24, 8PM – September 25, 8PM PDT (24 hours)
  • RSVP: September 27 – October 10
  • Main Event: November 6, 8PM PDT
