Medieval Dynasty Console Release Announced at Gamescom 2022

Developer Render Cube and publisher Toplitz Productions have announced the console release of their survival, strategy game Medieval Dynasty. On October 6, 2022, players will be able to experience the harsh survival, simulator on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. At this point, Medieval Dynasty is available on PC via Steam and the game is sitting on a comfortable ‘very positive’ review rating from players. The game sold over 1 million copies on Steam and now the game is finally making its way to consoles as well.

Finally, the time has come! We will soon be able to bring the long-awaited and much requested console versions of Medieval Dynasty to gamers. We have put a lot of heart and energy into the port to bring the gameplay enjoyment experienced by PC players to the new generation consoles.

Releasing Medieval Dynasty on console is a big step for us as well as the developers. We want to expand our product portfolio across platforms and offer our titles to both PC and console gamers. Medieval Dynasty is the biggest console release in the company’s history and we are very proud to continue the successful path we’ve already started together with Render Cube.

Medieval Dynasty is a unique title that is built around four genres: Survival, Simulation, Role-Playing, and Strategy. The game allows you to become the founder of and expand your very own village, manage its people, collect resources to survive, and produce goods as well for trading with others. Your character also gets developed alongside your village as you interact with NPCs, take care of your family, and form communities by helping others and trading.

For survival, you will need to create tools and weapons, and construct and extend houses, stables, and plenty of other structures as you grow your own settlement. You will also need to go out hunting, farm your own produce and cultivate land to feed your villagers and yourself in order to survive in the game. Key features of the game include:

  • Beautiful and realistic open-world 3D landscape with state-of-the-art graphics
  • Family life: Expansive questlines with special interactions bring you closer than ever to your medieval family.
  • Full 4 seasons with day/night cycle and realistic weather conditions
  • Interactive environment with trees to fell, various fruit to pick, stones to collect, caves to explore and much more
  • Many different buildings with various levels from hay shacks to full stone mansions
  • Hundreds of pieces of equipment to craft, including weapons, tools, furniture and clothing
  • Realistic wildlife interaction with plenty of different animals such as wolves, wild boars, deer, rabbits and others
  • All activities have an impact on food, water, health and endurance status
  • Detailed skill tree for individual character development
  • Comprehensive trading system that allows for buying/ selling goods across the whole map
  • Unique events and decisions with direct impact on gameplay
  • Dynasty reputation system triggering events with the king
  • Quests, trade and economy, sandbox option, social connections to NPCs and much more

Medieval Dynasty Console

Medieval Dynasty is currently available on PC via Steam and next month, the game will also release on Xbox Series X|S and PS5. If you prefer playing the game on Steam, you can do so right now but if you want to play the game on a console, you will need to wait until October 6, 2022.
