In this MediEvil Chalices Locations Guide, we will show you all the locations of the Chalices that you can find in the game. In total, the game has 20 Chalices that you can collect.
Chalices require you to fill them up by killing the enemies in the area. These are like clearing an area 100% by taking out each and every enemy here. Once they are completed, you can pick them up. The main purpose of collecting the Chalices is to return them to the Hall of Heroes, where you can get Life Bottles and other prizes in return. Getting 16 Chalices will give you a Life Bottle from the Centaur statue while collecting all the remaining Chalices will reward you with another Life Bottle when you go to the Knight statue.
MediEvil Chalices Locations Guide
Below we have detailed all the Chalice locations that you can find in the game.
Chalice 1
The first Chalice is in The Graveyard, where it will be to the right side of the Angel statue. This statue can be rotated, and you have to rotate it so that it faces the locked door on the right. This will open the door, and you can collect the Chalice after it is filled up.
Chalice 2
This Chalice can be found in Cemetery Hill. You have to enter the Witch’s Room, light up the club with the fire that is inside the room on the right. After you have lit the club on fire, head back out in the main area, climb the stairs, and enter the area on the left. This will take you to a place where you need to light up the center area with your club. This will open all the doors, and you can then get the Chalice in one of the rooms. Make sure your Chalice is filled 100% before you collect it.
Chalice 3
This chalice can be found at The Hilltop Mausoleum. Once you enter this area, you need to locate the sheet music item and return it to the ghost playing the piano. Once you have done that, a new door will open where you can obtain the Chalice.
Chalice 4
Another Chalice can be found back at The Graveyard. Return to the Graveyard and you can find the Chalice in the Undertakers house. Head inside and this will lead you to an underground area where you can find the Chalice.
Chalice 5
This Chalice can be found in Scarecrow Fields. In this level, you will come across some circular rotating traps. When you reach the 5th trap, there will be a small area on the top left where you can collect a Harvester part. With the part in hand, head back to the cornfield and then head to the barn in this area.
Your task here is to lower the Harvester from the platform. This can be done by activating the button on top that will lower it. Once it is down, insert the part and it will start up to create a new area for you. Enter this area and you will find the Chalice.
Chalice 6
This Chalice can be found in Pumpkin Gorge. Once you reach this area, you will find a tunnel to the left. Enter it and it will take you to a small area. There is a wall here that you can break open to collect the Chalice
Chalice 7
This chalice can be found at The Pumpkin Serpent area. There will be a boss fight here that you have to complete. After the boss is dead, you can then jump down the well that is found at the starting of this area. Once you enter it, you will find the Chalice inside.
Chalice 8
This Chalice can be found at the Enchanted Earth area. To get the Chalice, you need to go to the area with the portal. There will be a switch here that you need to interact with to open the gates.
Chalice 9
This Chalice can be found in The Sleeping Village. Once you are in this area, you will need to get the Crucifix that can be taken from the smithy. With Crucifix in hand, you can then use it to break open the brick wall to get the Chalice behind it.
Chalice 10
This Chalice can be found in The Asylum Grounds where it will be next to the Green Elephant Statue.
Chalice 11
This chalice can be found inside the Asylum, where it will be in the last room where the mayor is. Enter it and you will find the Chalice straight ahead.
Chalice 12
This Chalice can be found in The Ant Caves. In this area, you have to rescue all the fairies. Some will be hidden behind breakable walls. Once you have done that you will be then be given the Chalice.
Chalice 13
This Chalice can be found in the Pools of The Ancient Dead. In this area you will find the Chalice around the middle part of this area, you can spot it from some distance as well and is hard to miss. Make sure you have every enemy killed in this area to have the Chalice completed at 100%. If you are struggling, you may have missed a flying ghost enemy
Chalice 14
This Chalice can be found at The Lake. This will be inside a small building after the whirlpool. Head up to the room at the top of the tunnel that leads from this whirlpool.
Chalice 15
This Chalice can be found at The Crystal Caves. It will be right in front of you at the starting of this level. Hard to miss.
Chalice 16
This Chalice can be found in The Gallows Gauntlet. There are two switches you need to trigger to open the doors. The first switch is in the dragon room that will open the gate that is near the beginning of this area. Once you enter here, you will find another switch that will take you to another door that contains the chalice.
Chalice 17
This Chalice can be found in The Haunted Ruins, where it will be towards the southwest of the catapult. You will have to free the farmers here, but that can only be done when you first put out the fire. Rescue the farmers, and then fight the enemies that spawn. This is needed to fill up the chalice. After you have done that, head out of the area and you will find the Chalice on your way.
Chalice 18
This Chalice can be found at the Ghost Ship. For this chalice to fill up, you need to kill all the blue pirates. Once on the main deck of the ship, go to the cage elevator that takes you up. This will lead you straight to the Chalice.
Chalice 19
This Chalice can be found at The Entrance Hall. You need to take the stairs and head down towards the area that will contain the Chalice at the bottom. The stairs you need to take are on the right.
Chalice 20
This Chalice can be found at The Time Device. You need to position the lasers in such a way that it destroys the crystal protecting the Chalice.
