Bohemia Interactive’s survival mobile game Mini DayZ 2 open beta is now live on mobile devices. The hardcore zombie survival game can be played on your Android and iOS mobile devices right now.
Mini DayZ 2 open beta was announced with a trailer that shows a graphic-enhanced 2D sprite world in old-school pixel art that most fans of this genre will be familiar with. Check out the trailer below:
As the game’s name suggests, the game is a mini mobile version of Bohemia Interactive’s DayZ zombie survival game on PC and consoles. Based on the same core features, you will face a real challenge where you will have to use your skills and wits to survive in this loot and shoot mobile game. Everything from the clever use of the player’s map for navigation during Raids, to the items crafting system, is designed to test survival skills down to the core.
The main goal of the game is to survive, in the thousands of maps scattered in 25 raid locations that feature 16 different biomes, each with their own terrain and hidden treasures. Loot also contains junk that can be used to craft weapons and other supplies.
Players will not be alone as the game will have other survivors all exploring the zombie-infested world where you will be fighting as a last resort to survive, avoiding being trapped after a bad decision to get supplies. There are many buildings to raid for supplies, camp upgrades, to lead your community to stay alive. There are 31 unlockable crafting blueprints, and your base is fully upgradable along with equipment and skills.
