Review Biped Nintendo Switch

NExT Studios, the developer behind Iris.Fall and Unheard, and META have announced that their new co-op, adventure game Biped is now available on PC. Players looking forward to jumping in the new adventure can head to Steam, GOG, Humble Bundle, Fanatical, Gamersgate or GreenManGaming and get the game for $14.99 right now.

The developer is currently offering a 15% launch discount on the title for the release week. A PS4 version of Biped is also scheduled to arrive later in April. Biped is a co-op action game with a strong emphasis on physics. In the game, you control two cute robots Aku and Sila who are on a fun and bonding adventure. You will overcome different puzzles and challenges to save the Earth from going dark.

You can play with your friends and family in both couch co-op or if you prefer, online multiplayer as well. If none of those fancy you, you can jump in the game in solo as well. Dong Ding, Producer at NExT Studios says:

Two years ago we experimented with making a climbing game, using full ragdoll physics. That’s how the Biped idea was born. It is exciting to see the game finally finished. We can’t wait to hear the feedback from the players!

Key features of Biped include:

  • Innovative and simple controls: You control the robot’s two legs using two sticks or left and right mouse buttons. This allows you to perform various moves—from simple walking and sliding to more advanced actions, like operating machinery or cutting wood.
  • Two-player co-op: Enjoy the adventure solo or grab a friend or a family member and have a blast together in co-op mode. Communicate and coordinate to conquer challenges together and find out how good a pair you truly are.
  • Explore fun environments: Your adventure will take you to many beautiful and mysterious locations on the planet. Explore secrets in forests, valleys, waterfalls, and icy mountains and find your way through the puzzling paths that lead to the planetary beacons.
