The latest Days Gone trailer shows us flashbacks of Deacon’s past and it is very tragic. The trailer shows his marriage and his life before everything was gone. It is a very emotional trailer and sets in perfectly with the game’s environment.
In the trailer, Deacon is seen getting married to the love of his life called Sarah. Sarah is dressed up nicely as a bride however Deacon is not formally dressed which shows a great deal that Sarah loved Deacon for everything he was and accepted him for what he really was.
The trailer ends with Deacon coming back to his senses in the present times and the church in which he got married in getting burnt down and him escaping narrowly with his life. The trailer ends with a typical swarm of zombies approaching Deacon’s location.
