With the release of Way of the Hunter inching nearing with every passing day, THQ Nordic is revealing more and more information about the game with new trailers. Today, we have three trailers to showcase released in the past few days that reveal additional details about the Way of the Hunter including new weapons, animals, and also its gameplay. Way of the Hunter is the brand-new hunting game by THQ Nordic, and it is slated for release next month.
In the very first trailer, we get to see some of the new animals that we will be hunting when the game launches next month. One of the locations that will be available in the game is the Pacific Northwest and the trailer features animals that are found in this region. Titled ‘Animals of the Pacific Northwest’ we get to see the most popular game in the US including the white-tailed deer, waterfowl as well as bigger animals like the elk and the moose. The region also includes some dangerous predators such as the American black bear or the grey wolf.

Next, we got to see the new partnership between THQ Nordic, Nine Rock Games and the iconic Austrian weapons manufacturer Steyr. Way of the Hunter is all about using the right tool for the job and Steyr offers some of the best hunting gear in the game. You will have a variety of gear to use in the game in order to assist with your hunt including rifle, scope, good binoculars and many other items. Steyr offers its Pro Hunter II rifle, the Steyr Monobloc and the Steyr Mannlicher SM12 in the game for various hunting scenarios. Check out the arms in action in the trailer below:
Finally, THQ Nordic has also released the latest gameplay trailer for the game as well. The latest trailer for Way of the Hunter is all about gameplay and showing us different wildlife in picturesque open-world environments for hunting professionals and casual observers. You will always begin your hunt by tracking your prey, leading to stalking it and then finally facing it. Check out the gameplay of Way of the Hunter in its latest trailer below:
Pre-orders for Way of the Hunter are now open, and you can choose between two different versions. Standard Edition includes the base game, and it costs $39.99 for PC and consoles while the Elite Edition costs $54.99. All pre-orders for the Elite Edition will offer a 10% discount on the base price as well.
