New World Camp Upgrades Guide

As you continue the adventure in New World, you will need to get camp upgrades to make your camp better and to raise its Tier level. Your camp will upgrade when you complete specific quests at certain points in the story.

Camp upgrades in New World will allow you to craft different weapon coatings, get more different food, and craft tools and basic weapons. The highest tier level for a camp upgrade is Tier 5, which can be obtained after completing the quests.

The firs thing you need to is to unlock the ability to make a camp and use it, which at this stage of your gameplay will be the most basic camp at Tier 1. To do just that, you need to get through the first few quests until you are tasked to move to the nearest city next to your current location.

Here you will meet the Survivalists, who gives you to the ability to make a Tier 1 camp. Although this is a very basic and small camp that offers not a lot in return, it is a start that gets you to unlock more camp upgrades.

Looking to upgrade your camp to Tier 2 will have you going to Monarch’s Buff and completing the Friends in Fashion quest. This quest requires you to be at level 15 to complete it and will unlock more benefits as your camp gets upgraded.

How to Upgrade Camp from Tier 2 to Tier 5

After you have completed the quest that upgrades your camp to Tier 2, the next step is all about raising your level and completing the next quest that gets your camp upgraded to Tier 3. When you reach player level 25, you need to go talk to Tosch and complete the Animal Instincts quest found south from Cutlass Keys.

Tier 4 will requires you to complete the Lupine Observations quests, where you have to kill a rabbit enemy to complete it.

Finally, you can upgrade your camp to Tier 5, which requires you to go to Eden Grove after reaching level 55 and completing the Fading Lights quest.
