Respec Skills Guide – New World

Our New World Respec Skills Guide details everything that you need to know about how to respec your skills in New World.

How to Respec Skills

If you have created your build and assigned various skills to your character however after some time, you want to change your skills and want to have a different build, you do not have to create a new character from scratch. Instead, you can reassign skills that you have previously unlocked in New World saving you tons of time of starting a fresh game with a new character.

If you really want to respec your character, you must head to the Attribute tab and press the button that says ‘Respec’. This particular option allows you to reset all of your skills and allocate your points once again depending on your current mood. You can choose to assign the points in the same skills again if you want to have the same build again however you should think this through before choosing the option.

Respec is however not free and you have to pay some Azoth to do so. The amount of money depends on your unlocked skills. So if you have few skills unlocked, you will need to pay a small fee however if you have progressed a lot in the game and have unlocked tons of skills, you will need to pay a large amount of in-game money so you must decide whether the option is worth choosing or not as the money involved could be huge.
