The original Resident Evil was first released back in 1996, and since been ported on many consoles. It was remade for the Nintendo GameCube in 2002, and the later remastered for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. However, fans are all excited to have the classic games on the portable device to play on-the-go.
The other two titles, Resident Evil 0 was the prequel to the original game, while Resident Evil 4 came out in 2005. These titles are considered some of the best games in the series. The only game that is missing from the series is Resident Evil 2, which was recently remade for the other major consoles like Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The remake received a very positive response from players and was met with a lot of praises.
There is no additional information about the pricing, though we will soon find that out as pre-orders begin in a couple of days o 28 February. Also, there has been no word regarding any changes or additions that are coming in these versions of the games.
With the latest addition to the Resident Evil game on the Nintendo Switch, the portable console is setting up to be a fantastic console to play many classic games that are being added to it continuously.
