To obtain the Poem of Harmony, you will need to head to the Eissentam Galaxy. Turn off the multiplayer so that no one else in the lobby can acquire the weapon before you however if you are unable to travel to this galaxy by yourself, your only option will be to turn on multiplayer and ask the community for help. Now head to Euclid and enter the following address:

You will arrive in a small room where the weapon terminal is sitting at the back of the room. Here you will find Dreams of the Sky.
