New Fractal Update Brings Tons of New Content to No Man’s Sky

Hello Games has announced the launch of the new Fractal Update for No Man’s Sky which is now live for all players for free across all platforms. The new Fractal update brings tons of new additions to the game including the Utopia expedition, Speeder Ship, 12-ship garage, PS VR2 launch support, a new robot pet, left-hand mode, and tons of other things. You can update your game right now in order to access the new content added to the game.

The main highlight of the new Fractal Update is the Utopia Expedition which will allow you to team up with other players and save a dying solar system. The system of Bakkin has fallen into decay and all trade routes are halted, the Space Station is abandoned and rotting while all intelligent lifeform has left the system. While working with the Utopia Foundation, you will coordinate in a grand reconstruction project and make Bakkin beautiful and productive once again.

For easing your movement around the planets, the new Utopia Speeder Starship has also arrived in the game which will allow you to explore the planets easily with its agile handling. You can unlock it after completing all of the Utopia Foundation assignments. The ship features radiation-resistant armor and is engineered with an aerodynamic profile. As part of the missions, you will also receive the Fearsome Visor which is an oxide-strengthened helmet. With the arrival of PS VR2, the new update makes No Man’s Sky compatible with the new VR headset along with adding tons of new VR options and improvements as well.

No Mans Sky Fractal Update

The Nintendo Switch version of No Man’s Sky has received plenty of new enhancements and content as well such as the Motion Controls. Stick input on the Nintendo Switch is now enhanced with Gyroscopic motion sensor control which will make it easier to aim while playing on the console. This setting can be enabled and disabled on command in the game. This setting is also available on the Nintendo Switch.
