Nvidia MX 250 Graphics To Power Upcoming MSI Prestige Notebooks

Nvidia MX 250 Graphics

Nvidia MX 250 graphics have been spotted once again. We first spotted the Nvidia MX 250 Graphics in the specifications of an HP notebook but now it seems that the same graphics solution is going to power the upcoming MSI Prestige notebooks as well.

While we do not know much about the Nvidia MX 250 graphics, we can think of the card as a mobile version of the GT 1030 that comes with 384 stream processors. What we know for sure is that the MXX 250 will replace the MX 150. While the MX 150 was not a very powerful graphics solution it was decent and offered better performance compared to the Intel integrated solution.

That is why we have high hopes for Nvidia MX 250 graphics, we think that the solution could be better than the MX 150. The new graphics could be based on the Turing architecture but there is no confirmation regarding the matter right now and Pascal cannot be ruled as either.  It is possible that Nvidia introduced a higher end version of the MX 150.

The latop seems to be very impressive indeed and the build quality looks great but the webcam is at the bottom and that can be an issue for some people. I hardly use the webcam on my laptop so it is not an issue for me but it might be something that you use.

You can check out the specifications of the new Nvidia RTX Mobile graphics cards. While these cards offer DLSS support, AMD claims that this feature is not as great as what Nivida would have you believe. The upcoming Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti has also been leaked.

Let us know what you think about these upcoming laptops and whether or not you would buy a laptop that is powered by Nvidia MX 250 graphics.
