Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti SUPER Might Be Coming Soon

Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti SUPER

A new TU102 core GPU has been spotted in AIDA64. Currently, the TITAN RTX, RTX 2080 Ti, Quadro RTX 8000, Quadro RTX 6000 use this core but this upcoming new graphics card could be the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti SUPER.

Nvidia has already released the RTX 2060 SUPER, 2070 SUPER and RTX 2080 SUPER. An RTX 2080 Ti SUPER would not be out of the question keeping in mind that AMD has confirmed that it is working on high-end Navi graphics cards. The SUPER cards were released to take on the new Navi RX 5700 cards and the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti SUPER might come out so that Nvidia can still have the fastest consumer graphics card on the market.

You can check out the leak in the AIDA64 screenshot below:

We do not have any information regarding the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti SUPER but keeping in mind that the RTX 2060 SUPER performs similar to the RTX 2070 and the RTX 2070 SUPER performs similar to the RTX 2080, the Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti SUPER might perform similar to the TITAN RTX but a lower price.

That would be some serious performance and even though the price is going to be lower than the TITAN RTX, it is still going to be a very expensive card and I would not be surprised if it costs $1000 if not more. You will also have to pay more for the custom versions with better coolers.

While this kind of card is only going to appeal to a fraction of the userbase, it does give Nvidia bragging rights and lets the company have the fastest consumer graphics card on the market. I do not think that Nvidia is going to let that position of power slide out of its hands any time soon.

Let us know what you think about a potential RTX 2080 Ti SUPER coming out and whether or not this is something that you might be interested in getting when it comes out.
